These Terms of Service apply to your use of the G Collective website, Marketplace trading services, Oripa random collection experiences, member accounts, payments, shipping, storage, customer service, seller tools, and other features the platform offers. By registering, browsing, placing orders, paying, listing, participating in activities, or using platform services, you represent that you have read and agree to these Terms and related policies.

Users must not list, purchase, sell, provide, exchange, or advertise illegal or infringing goods, tobacco or alcohol, drugs, medical devices, weapons or ammunition, pornographic or violent products, stolen goods, virtual assets, financial products, lottery or gambling-like products, counterfeit cards, pirated goods, items contrary to public order and good morals, or other goods the platform deems unsuitable for trading.
Users must not engage in fraud, money laundering, credit-card cash-out schemes, inducing off-platform trading, fake transactions, review manipulation, malicious bid withdrawal, malicious chargebacks, item swapping, selling counterfeit cards, brand impersonation, IP infringement, abuse of refund mechanisms, interference with platform systems, or fee circumvention.
After successful buyer payment, the platform may temporarily hold transaction funds based on order status, logistics, buyer confirmation, dispute periods, seller risk, product type, refund requests, chargeback risk, cross-border requirements, legal rules, or payment-provider policies. Seller proceeds are disbursed only when payout conditions are met, through available channels per platform rules.
Before participating in Oripa, users must read event disclosures on price, prizes, quantities, odds, how results are revealed, delivery, and refund limits. If results have been generated or revealed per event rules, except as required by law, system errors, duplicate charges, failure to receive entitled content, or platform-attributable issues, cancellation or refunds are generally not available solely due to personal preference, unmet expectations, or market price changes.
If buyers and sellers dispute authenticity, condition, shipping, logistics, payment, refunds, Oripa results, delivery, or other transaction matters, the platform may require photos, videos, logistics records, chat logs, payment records, grading materials, or other necessary evidence, and will decide according to platform rules.
If a user violates laws, these Terms, seller rules, Oripa rules, prohibited-goods policies, or other platform rules, or engages in high-risk conduct, the platform may, depending on severity, delist products, restrict trading, delay payouts, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke seller status, hold disputed funds, refuse service, or report as required by law.
The platform will use reasonable efforts to maintain stable services and transaction security but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or dispute-free products. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable beyond a reasonable scope for damages caused by user violations, third-party services, logistics delays, bank or payment processing, force majeure, legal changes, or other causes not attributable to the platform.
