Payment & Shipping

GCollective currently supports credit card payments. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. After payment is completed, the system will create an order record and proceed with subsequent processing based on the product type.

• Physical products will be shipped according to the delivery method shown on the product or order page
• Standard products will be shipped within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation
• Pre-order products, event items, or special products will ship according to the product page description
• Shipping times may be delayed due to national holidays, logistics peaks, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors
